2 x 3 hr sessions with a focus on:

• Building an understanding of Māori World View
• Historical Narratives that connect people to people and people to place
• Making te ao Māori relevant in a modern context

Tangible Outcomes for Staff:

• Staff to be enlightened on the transferable nature of Māori knowledge into the workplace
• An understanding of Māori World View and the timeless narratives that help Staff feel a deeper sense of connection to Aotearoa, New Zealand
• The inclusion of place-based narratives that centre Staff in history & whakapapa relevant to the local region

Cultural Confidence Workshops

3 x 3 hr sessions with a focus on:

• Building an understanding of Māori World View
• Historical Narratives that connect people to people and people to place
• Binding together te ao Māori customs with modern day tools that catalyst collective wellness
• Build understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in context that projects us with steps in to the future and less steeped in the grievances of the past.

• Staff to be enlightened on the transferable nature of Māori knowledge into the workplace
• An understanding of Māori World View and the timeless narratives that help Staff feel a deeper sense of connection to Aotearoa, New Zealand
• The inclusion of place-based narratives that centre Staff in history & whakapapa relevant to the local region
• Inspiration to integrate Māori World View when considering adjustments to workplace processes and approaches
• Catalyst a journey for Staff to embrace Te Tiriti o Waitangi as it applies in the 21st Century
